Modivcare is a prominent player in the healthcare services sector, dedicated to enhancing patient care and healthcare efficiency. As we forge ahead in our growth journey, we are eager to welcome an experienced and visionary leader to our People & Culture team as Vice President of Operations. This role is critical in advancing our People Systems, Data, and HRIS initiatives and will play a key role in establishing a Service Center focused on effectively addressing the needs and queries of our teammates.

This Role's Responsibilities Include...

Strategic Leadership

  • Champions a progressive Shared Services strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives, with a strong focus on HR Systems and technological innovation.
  • Provides strategic direction in evolving HR technologies and People Systems, ensuring alignment with our organizational goals.

HR Systems, Data and Technology

  • Oversees the development and maintenance of HRIS (Workday), ensuring optimal integration with our IT infrastructure and business processes.
  • Leads the innovation and implementation of data-driven HR solutions, enhancing efficiency and decision-making capabilities.
  • Establishes and nurtures a new Service Center, leveraging technology to provide exceptional support and engagement for teammates.
  • Ensures continual improvement in HR systems, incorporating feedback and new technologies to enhance functionality and user experience.

Total Rewards Leadership

  • Supports and guides Total Rewards planning, aligning with company goals and market competitiveness.
  • Lead and empower the team in creating competitive salaries, bonuses, and incentives aligned with company objectives.
  • Work with Benefits and Compensation experts to analyze market trends and ensure competitive, compliant, and relevant compensation packages.
  • Ensure the development of diverse health, wellness, retirement, and unique perks programs for workforce needs.
  • Align Total Rewards strategies with company's financial and organizational plans.
  • Ensure the data quality and system support in the Total Rewards framework for strategic decisions and implementation.
  • Ensures programs and processes comply with all related regulations and support and adhere to internal control requirements.

Teammate Well-Being

  • Promotes holistic well-being programs, emphasizing physical, mental, and emotional health.
  • Encourages initiatives supporting work-life balance and resilience among teammates.

3rd Party Relationships

  • Strategizes and manages vendor partnerships, aligning them with our operational strategy and technological goals.
  • Defines clear expectations with partners, focusing on service quality and technological integration.

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

  • Ensures that our Shared Services programs and technology solutions foster a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Communication and Stakeholder Engagement

  • Effectively communicate the importance and benefits of our HR technology and systems to all levels of the organization.
  • Work closely with executive leadership to ensure that HR systems and technology initiatives align with and support the organization's broader goals.

Flexibility and Adaptability

  • Emphasizes the adaptability of our HR Systems to support various work arrangements, including remote and hybrid models.

  • May lead projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in an HR-related field, Master's Degree or relevant certifications preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Progressive experience in HRIS (Workday), People Systems, data analytics, compensation & benefits management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role at a large, dynamic organization.
  • Strong technical acumen and experience in managing HR technology projects.
  • Proven ability in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting with a technological and analytical approach.
  • Strategic, forward-thinking mindset with a focus on continuous improvement in HR technology and systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success in implementing global HR technology and data strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in an accessible manner.

Salary: $202,300 - $283,200

Bonus eligible based on individual and company performance.
