Position Overview: Vice President of Strategic Supply Chain

As the Vice President of Strategic Supply Chain, you will play a crucial role in shaping our procurement and sourcing strategies. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the acquisition of goods and services essential to our operations, ensuring they are obtained efficiently and cost-effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic procurement plans aligned with company goals.

Negotiate with global suppliers to secure favorable terms and contracts.

Implement initiatives to reduce costs across procurement processes.

Cultivate strong relationships with key suppliers for a reliable supply chain.

Collaborate with suppliers on forecasting and risk management.

Lead the implementation of procurement systems to enhance efficiency.

Ensure accuracy and maintenance of purchase orders.

Utilize data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement.

Build and mentor a high-performing team focused on collaboration and growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related fields, or equivalent experience.

Minimum of 10 years in procurement leadership roles within a manufacturing environment.

Strong strategic thinking and ability to align supply chain initiatives with business objectives.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Analytical mindset with proficiency in using data for decision-making.

Proven leadership in fostering positive team culture and development.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with ERP systems a plus.

Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 25%.
