Job Description

As the Vice President of Human Resources, you will play a pivotal role in executing and leading our HR vision and strategy to support our business objectives and foster a thriving organizational culture. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead a talented HR team and collaborate closely with senior leadership to develop, and retain top talent, while ensuring compliance with global HR regulations and best practices. The role offers an exciting opportunity to drive HR excellence in support of our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's overall objectives and growth plans.
  • Lead and mentor the HR team, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to maximize their potential and drive performance excellence.
  • Partner with senior leadership to understand business needs and proactively develop HR solutions to address challenges and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Oversee onboarding, and retention strategies, to attract and retain diverse and high-performing talent.
  • Drive employee engagement and retention efforts through the development and implementation of inclusion and wellness programs, policies, and initiatives.
  • Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms, to ensure alignment with business objectives and individual development needs.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to foster a culture of belonging and respect across the organization.
  • Develop and implement learning and development programs to support employee growth and skill enhancement, in alignment with business needs and future trends.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations across international locations, working closely with legal counsel and HR partners as needed.
  • Drive HR analytics and reporting efforts to monitor key metrics, track progress, and inform data-driven decision-making processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a global technology company or similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of global HR practices, employment laws, and regulations, with experience working across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that drive business results and enhance organizational culture.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into actionable HR plans and initiatives.
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing HR teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage HR data and metrics to drive insights and decision-making.
  • SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent HR certification preferred.

Compensation

  • $120,000 - $140,000 based on experience
