This is a full-time hybrid role with company benefits based out of our New York City office.

About The Role

Raycon is seeking a VP of Technology to oversee our business systems, software platforms, and the teams that support them. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the implementation and optimization of our ERP and other e-commerce SaaS platforms.

What You'll Do

• Design and own the implementation and maintenance of business systems (ERP Netsuite, EDI), e-commerce platforms (Shopify) and solutions (Global-E, Loop, etc.)
• Directly manage a business systems team, consisting of internal employees, external consultants and software engineers
• Recommend, evaluate, plan, and implement enterprise applications to support and meet current and future company objectives, based on the requirements of internal customers and business needs
• Maintain current system processes while optimizing for best future growth
  
  

What You Can Do

• Must know Netsuite ERP platform
• Must know e-commerce platforms such as Shopify
• 8+ years of experience in information technology including leading enterprise applications (CRM/ERP) architects, admins, and developers in a similar role
• Experience partnering with business system vendors on system implementations and maximizing value, as well as collaborating with departmental domain experts toward successful implementation and adoption
• Strong project management skills
• Enhance the ability to view and measure company wide performances via dashboards and customized reports.
• Experience with maintaining budgets, negotiating contracts and maximizing systems & consultant spending
  
  

Raycon is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Salary ranges are determined through alignment with market data. Base salary offered is determined by a number of factors including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and skills. This role may also be eligible for bonus compensation and employee benefits.

NYC Base Salary Range: $165,000 - $215,000 USD
