The VP of Operations will be responsible for the overall direction and management of all clinical and non-clinical operations. Lead role in driving company growth through optimizing and scaling our processes, technologies and people.
Experience:
Demonstrable experience leading the operations of a tech-enabled services organization.
Healthcare domain knowledge required
Experience leading remote healthcare operations teams of 200+ people. Experience doubling a similar size business within 3-5 years a major plus
Hands-on management style and ability to roll their sleeves and work effectively toward completing deliverables on a timely basis with limited supporting resources
Experience supporting a Private Equity backed start up business; ability to interact and present to the BOD; understanding of the demands of a PE backed environment
Previous experience leading a business through significant growth
An entrepreneurial style and a strong sense of ownership, they will have the ability to integrate into and establish credibility with the management team
Education: Bachelor’s degree required. MBA a plus
Accountabilities:
Create and oversee strategy for our clinical and non clinical operations team- ultimately driving forward productivity of 200+ member staff and contributing to companies overall scale. Grow workforce with fiscal responsibility in mind, but ability to support new clients needs.
In conjunction with CEO, draft quarterly Board reports
Analytics: own reporting and explanation of underlying drivers of monthly business performance; Take an analytical approach to strategy- gain insights from reports and put best practices into operation.
Build, lead and manage high performing leaders
Work collaboratively with leaders of other parts of the organization to meet shared goals
