Job Overview
The WMS Business Analyst is responsible for efficient and problem free operation of BlueYonder in multiple distribution centers in North America. This includes the design, implementation, testing, and support of BlueYonder WMS and WLM applications for Hubbell. Primary responsibility will be centered on BlueYonder WMS configuration, Jasper report development, Label Designer, Page Builder development, and integration to SAP S/4 and other warehouse automation applications.
Under the direction of the IT Director, Logistics, the WMS Business Analyst will participate in the planning, managing, and implementation of system rollouts at new sites and continuous improvements that support the logistics, warehousing, and distribution strategies. Additionally, the WMS Business Analyst will provide support for daily help desk ticket triaging and remediation in coordination with the Global Operations Team and BlueYonder Customer Support.
The WMS Business Analyst should have the aptitude to build a strong functional and technical knowledge of BlueYonder applications along with practical understanding of warehousing processes. They must have excellent customer service skills that foster collaborative and productive relationships with the end user community.

A Day In The Life
- Works collaboratively with partners across the organization to understand their challenges.
- Influences business partners and management during solution design.
- Promotes the use of standard system functionality to meet business requirements.
- Documents business requirements, designs processes, and configures system solutions.
- Leads and coordinates testing efforts for application upgrades.
- Oversees the delivery of new and complex solutions including testing and support.
- Develops and maintains reports, labels, and custom pages for the application.
- Provides support for triaging issues reported through service incidents.
- Performs all change management activities required for corporate governance policies.
- Stays current on new technology offerings and identifies potential applications.
Required
- 3 years in WMS business analyst role
- Integration with external applications
