Armstrong International recently broke ground on a 29,000-square-foot industrial heat pump manufacturing wing, supported through a grant awarded by the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Heat Pump Defense Production Act Program. This grant will bolster Armstrong's manufacturing capabilities in North America to include industrial heat pumps designed for applications exceeding 100kW of heat and temperatures above 180 degrees, which is an important step in conserving waste heat. In this video, hear from Armstrong International's President of the Americas Patricia Provot, CEO Kurt Armstrong and the DOE's Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary for the Office of Energy Efficiency Jeff Marootian. https://bit.ly/4eDFkZh

A recent report by the Renewable Thermal Collaborative shows that the industrial sector produces 24% of the greenhouse gas emissions in the U.S., more than half of which comes from industry’s use of thermal energy. As a global leader in thermal utility management, Armstrong is changing this reality by helping industries achieve their goals for net-zero emissions with its three-step process that includes: - Minimizing energy use of equipment - Optimizing systems for maximum process efficiency - Decarbonizing primary energy generation by replacing fossil fuels with renewables or installing carbon capture on fossil fuel installations Learn more about Armstrong's Circular Thermal℠ approach, a no-regret first step to thermal decarbonization: https://bit.ly/443lDoO #Decarbonization #WasteHeat #RTC #NetZero #EnergyEfficiency
