#SST26VF064BT-104I/SM The Serial Quad I/OTM (SQITM) family of flash-memory devices features a six-wire, 4-bit I/O interface that allows for low-power, high-performance operation in a low pin-count package. SST26VF064B/064BA also support full command-set compatibility to traditional Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) protocol. System designs using SQI flash devices occupy less board space and ultimately lower system costs. All members of the 26 Series, SQI family are manufac- tured with proprietary, high-performance CMOS Super- Flash® technology. The split-gate cell design and thick- oxide tunneling injector attain better reliability and man- ufacturability compared with alternate approaches. SST26VF064B/064BA significantly improve perfor- mance and reliability, while lowering power consump- tion. These devices write (Program or Erase) with a single power supply of 2.3-3.6V. The total energy con- sumed is a function of the applied voltage, current, and time of application. Since for any given voltage range, the SuperFlash technology uses less current to pro- gram and has a shorter erase time, the total energy consumed during any Erase or Program operation is less than alternative flash memory technologies. SST26VF064B/064BA are offered in 8-contact WDFN (6 mm x 5 mm or 6mm x 8mm), 8-lead SOIJ (5.28 mm), 16-lead SOIC (7.50 mm), and 24-ball TBGA. See Fig- ure 2-2 for pin assignments.

These components help in achieving and maintaining the required vacuum levels to minimize interference from air molecules, which can affect the quantum states and coherence times of qubits. Some of the HV and UHV components commonly used in quantum computing include: Valves: Gate Valves: Used for isolating sections of the vacuum system. Angle Valves: Allow for controlled admission of gases or for isolating components. Flanges and Fittings: CF (ConFlat) Flanges: Commonly used in UHV systems due to their robust, leak-tight metal seal. KF (Klein Flange) and ISO Flanges: Often used in HV systems for their ease of use and versatility. Seals: Metal Seals: Copper gaskets are frequently used in UHV applications for their excellent sealing properties. Elastomer Seals: O-rings made of Viton or similar materials are used in HV systems where some outgassing is acceptable. Feedthroughs: Electrical Feedthroughs: Provide connections for electrical signals and power without compromising the vacuum. Optical Feedthroughs: Allow laser beams or other optical signals to enter or exit the vacuum chamber. Viewports: Material: Usually made from fused silica or borosilicate glass. Application: Provide optical access to the interior of the vacuum chamber for laser manipulation or observation of quantum states. Improving the performance of MoS2 electronic and optoelectronic devices by fabricating low-resistance contacts via local pressurization. MoS2 is found to undergo a reversible semiconductor-to-metal transition under pressures >15GPa with significant reduction in contact resistance and increase in field-effect mobility. Our diamond-coated All-In-One-DD AFM tips are used for scanning the sample topography, apply the desired load in the area of interest and extract current-voltage (I-V) curves.
