People have been asking me why I left the aviation industry. I had a great experience in aviation, but I chose to move to a property and facilities company. It's a completely different field for me, but I always say aviation is love, and I will return in the future if a good opportunity comes up. Sometimes, change is necessary for personal growth, both financially and socially. My current role is also very interesting, with a new environment, new learning opportunities, and new colleagues. Every day, I'm learning new things. #skillsdevolopement #enhacepower #aviation #propertymanagement

At a certain point in a pilot's aviation career, shouldn't the questions about flight times stop? You have your ATP and several type ratings. Why are HR and admin types still asking for flight times? Shouldn't your knowledge, skills and abilities take precedence?

𝐓𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐍𝐞𝐰 𝐀𝐢𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐬 𝐀𝐫𝐞 𝐅𝐮𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐢𝐥𝐨𝐭 𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐎𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬🧑✈️✈️ The aviation industry is indeed soaring, and the surge in airport construction projects presents exciting prospects for aspiring pilots. In a 2020 survey, 66% of pilots worldwide actively sought new job opportunities. This high demand reflects the need for skilled aviators across regional airlines, cargo carriers, and private jet operators. New airports mean more routes and increased flight frequencies. Airlines require additional pilots to operate efficiently and provide better connectivity. Fleet expansions accompanying airport projects create even more job opportunities. Smaller airports connect remote areas, boost tourism, and facilitate business travel. Regional flights, charter services, and cargo operations all contribute to pilot demand. General aviation, including private jets, further fuels the need for qualified pilots. Despite hiring numbers being nearly 2.5 times higher than before, the U.S. industry still lacks around 5,000 pilots compared to projected needs. New airport projects can help address this shortage. Aspiring pilots can look forward to abundant job opportunities as airports take flight worldwide. Whether you dream of commanding a commercial airliner or flying corporate jets, the skies are wide open. Buckle up for an expanding runway to your pilot career! #Aviation #PilotJobs #AirportExpansion #AviationCareers #AirlineIndustry #NewAirports #AviationOpportunities #StarEducare #ManjotSinghBhasin
