📝 Minding Black Owned Business Day 7 Meet Carol Howard and her 11-year-old daughter/black business owner Caley. On Caley’s 11th birthday, her mom gifted her, her own BUSINESS. Carol said she wanted to do something different for her daughter, something that would change the trajectory of her future. Talk about a forward-thinking parent. This is a PRIME example of how supporting black-owned businesses sets a good example for future generations. When you support Black-owned businesses, you're not just making a difference in the present. You're showing young people that it's possible to achieve their dreams and build a successful business. It's also a great way to teach them to give back to their community. Caley and her mom were at the Black Out Sunday event at Nomi Village, but you can book Caley's Italian Icey's for your school events, parties, pop-ups, festivals, and more. Follow her on Instagram: caleys_iceys For booking, e-mail: Caleysiceys@yahoo.com If you're wondering, YES, the icey was goodt! 🍧😋 #supportblackowned #buyblackowned #blackbusinessmonth

Business Development Strategist, Brand Partnership Consultant, Special Event Producer | for Broadway, brands, and the performing arts
🌟 Supporting Female-Owned Businesses: Putting Our Money Where Our Mouth Is 🌟 As a small business owner, it's not just about what I do, but how I do it. My commitment to living out my values extends beyond the services we offer at Two Dog Circus. It's been a part of our formula since the beginning. We actively seek out and partner with female-owned and minority-owned businesses. These collaborations not only strengthen our Broadway community but also amplify the voices and talents of incredible entrepreneurs. It's about recognizing that supporting female and minority-owned businesses isn't just a choice; it's a powerful way to drive positive change. (Insert Hadestown quote here 🌹) 💪✨ #SupportingWomenEntrepreneurs #EqualityInBusiness #EmpowerChange #InclusivePartnerships #broadway
September started off with a bang with the Sweeney Todd Cast Album release! Months in the making, this beautiful recording with our fabulous cast and 26 piece orchestra is truly the Sweeney Todd for this generation. We were thrilled to produce the Cast Album listening party for the Sweeney Todd Company at the The Museum of Broadway. One of Two Dog Circus's values is working with women-owned small businesses and we couldn't be more grateful to our friends at Intermission Wines and Pixie Scout for providing the amazing food and beverages. And of course, to the women behind the Museum, Diane Nicoletti and Julie Boardman. Video by the incomparable Marathon Digital.
