TRUST Businesses ought to be able to trust their suppliers to deliver a service or product at the correct, agreed price, after all it's the law. Energy companies and their representative brokers are mandated by law to be completely transparent about their pricing and charges. Just as with financial institutions and their transactions, they can pay introductory commissions to third parties but they must disclose the exact amount (to the penny) at the outset to the customer. Big trouble if they don't and then this is later discovered. Failing to disclose (hidden) commissions is bad, what is surely worse is where only part of the commission taken is declared. Sneakiness on a new level. This has been going on with energy brokers and associated brokers for over TWENTY YEARS. A large number of firms have been DEFRAUDED and they don't even know it! We can help you find out if you are a victim simply by arranging a free no-obligation consultation to discuss your potential claim, please contact us now on 01924 495555. Don't let the energy companies win, let's turn those docs into pound notes. 📱Martyn Gould #submityourclaimin2024 #energymisselling #energyclaims #missoldcontracts #scandal #brokers #TIPs #compensation #refund #unscrupulousbrokers #unethicalbrokers #hiddencommissions #secretcommissions #doublecommissions #inappropriatecontractlengths #inappropriatetariffs #notwholeofmarket #promptsettlement #highclaimvalues #nowinnofee #bes
