This consent secures planning approval for 2 of the 3 buildings on the estate, with the neighbouring local DA expected to follow imminently. The development encompasses three warehouse and distribution centres totalling circa 50,000 m2 of GLA across 149-155 Airds Road, Minto and is situated within a well-established industrial zone with excellent access to Sydney’s wider arterial road network via Campbelltown Road and the Hume Motorway. This milestone marks a significant step forward for the project and will see construction commence on the warehouses in the coming week after the demolition has been completed through an earlier CDC.
