It’s the end of another information packed Smartex Limited Transport Card Forum annual conference. Some or the key takeaways from the past two days include the importance of focussing on improving the accessibility and experience of public transport for passengers to encourage them to not only come back to using services but using them more often and long term. Ticketing should be simple with payment options that suit all travellers. ITSO and digital ITSO ticketing was mentioned in many of the 30+ presentations across the 2 day event and ITSO’s Delivery Consulant Dave Roberts spoke this morning leaving one simple call to action to all - ITSO is here to listen, engage and collaborate.
