It’s the end of another information packed Smartex Limited Transport Card Forum annual conference. Some or the key takeaways from the past two days include the importance of focussing on improving the accessibility and experience of public transport for passengers to encourage them to not only come back to using services but using them more often and long term. Ticketing should be simple with payment options that suit all travellers.
