Yesterday I had the pleasure of meeting a life coach for some images she wanted for branding. During the conversation, she had wanted to capture some images of her and a chair she had that had significant importance to her in representing the journey she had taken to get to this point in her life. I asked her the color of the chair. Having discussed the color scheme she intended to use for her branding, we quickly learnt that the color of the chair would clash with these colors. A professional photographer not only thinks about the images, but also thinks about: 1. The intended audience of the business. The business portraits need to speak to the intended audience. 2. The color scheme of the branding. The images need to compliment this. 3. The posing. Again, for the intended audience and the profession. 4. Ensuring the appropriate clothing is worn. 5.
