Network Slicing is only possible on 5G SA.
5G consumption is set to increase by a factor of 4x by 2028 in part due to the new standards making 5G highly customizable for the Enterprise. T-Mobile For Business is the sole U.S. 5G provider with a modern 5G Standalone Network enabling true network slicing. Network slicing allows creating multiple virtual networks atop the same physical infrastructure. Each slice is an isolated end-to-end network tailored for specific application, group, or user's needs. Traditional networks lack this capability, offering just one pipe for all traffic. T-Mobile's standalone 5G network will deliver slicing that caters to diverse use cases by adjusting network attributes per virtual slice.
