I just realized that October is #NationalCookieMonth! Time to strategize how to enjoy all those scrumptious cookies not only in October but the rest of the holidays without completely derailing my healthy eating plan. 😂 What is your favorite kind of cookie? Chocolate Chip is a favorite staple BUT I love a good Oatmeal Raisin and anything w/a jam in it like those thumbprint cookies. Do you have a well-loved recipe to share?
