Check out a review that I wrote together with Nada Savic, Kilian Declerck, Shorok Abdelhameed, and Tatjana Parac-Vogt that was recently published in Chemical Society Reviews! 📖 It covers the reactivity of metal-oxo clusters towards several biomolecules (e.g., proteins, DNA, sugars, lipids), which has potential for addressing some key global challenges such as in the development of new inorganic drugs 💊 and the conversion of biomass into biofuels ⛽. The CARBIOW project's consortium faces the second day of its M18 General Assembly, where, in addition to attending the presentations of the WPs that were still pending, we had the chance to discuss in detail any aspect of the project, present or future, from the logistical to the technical part, including general issues such as dissemination of results, task planning, the creation of the Advisory Board or even the details of the next meeting.
