Great news! We have been shortlisted with Rise Homes Tacanova Clegg Construction for Sustainable Development of the Year 2024. Our shortlisted entrant is The Ironworks, Sheffield. Good luck to all the entrants this year! The Ironworks, a stunning new build residential development completed in September 2023. This 12-story development offers a variety of functionally-designed apartments to maximise space, comfort and suit diverse living needs, including 144 one-bedroom apartments, 80 two-bedroom apartments, 5 two-bedroom duplex apartments. The Ironworks features a rooftop garden, shared courtyard space and fitness suite. A versatile meeting room also functions as a cinema room, providing options for socialising and entertainment.

The Ironworks, our recently completed residential development in Sheffield, will be featured on BBC's Interior Design Masters! The program takes viewers inside The Ironworks, a stunning new build residential development completed in September 2023. This 12-story development offers a variety of functionally-designed apartments to maximise space, comfort and suit diverse living needs, including 144 one-bedroom apartments, 80 two-bedroom apartments, 5 two-bedroom duplex apartments. The remaining five designers are set to transform their spaces into innovative and personalised living areas for potential tenants. The key focus of their brief is to demonstrate their creative approaches to maximise functionality and style within a rental environment with a consideration on sustainable design solutions that complement The Ironworks' architecture. These solutions will allow future modifications without impacting or breaching on any terms and conditions, making them ideal for residents. The development is the former site of The Queens Hotel. Construction began in January 2021.The Ironworks features a rooftop garden, shared courtyard space and fitness suite. A versatile meeting room also functions as a cinema room, providing options for socialising and entertainment. Respecting Sheffield's industrial heritage, The Ironworks subtly infuses fragments of the city's past throughout its design. Art installations and thoughtfully chosen furnishings create a unique and expressive atmosphere, hinting at the city's industrial roots.
