3dIt's been amazing to see the exponential growth of Boston/Cambridge's biotech cluster and rise to # 1. The sheer volume of real-estate alone make Cambridge nearly unrecognizable to the first time I visited as a fresh recruiter over a decade ago. While the past two years have been tough for the sector I predict a roaring comeback is brewing for the run of dominance to continue for decades to come. It is also excited to see the growth of the Mid-Atlantic, Philly, and Nort Carolina hubs. All are ones to watch for sure with the right mix of talent, infrastructure, and rising VC investments.
