It is important to keep trying different techniques, even when we are at our top moment 🚀 #SalesSuccess #SalesStrategies #DealClosing Having spent four years persuading people worldwide to try polo, I've faced the challenge of it being a niche and expensive sport with no financial rewards at all. For example, would you pay 20,000€ to learn polo without any prior horse-riding experience? It's unlikely, and many others feel the same way. In my previous post, I emphasized the significance of active listening. But what do you listen for when your prospect hasn't even considered polo? How do you convince someone to pay such a significant amount without returns? Asking the right questions goes beyond learning about your prospects ("Do you ride horses?"). It involves making them reflect and question themselves: "When was the last time you did something for the first time?" or "Have you ever stepped out of your comfort zone?". Thoughtful open-ended questions lead to meaningful conversations, where prospects reveal their desires and needs - and that's when the active listening becomes important! I've compiled a list of questions tailored to different personalities, and it's been driving positive results - we all have ego and like to be challenged, the key is to prepare yourself to ask the right questions.
