Well, the video is a bit exaggerated. It's never permitted for 5-6 agents or team members to take a break all at once like it shows. It would have been better if the video depicted 2 or 3 team members looking at each other and then going for a tea break, bringing tea cups for those still working and not on a scheduled break. As shown, it would be an FCA violation or least coaching sessions are loading. 😌
