Hello, the online purchase service in Morocco is quite problematic, with numerous negative comments on Ikea Morocco's social media. They seem to be facing significant challenges when it comes to managing deliveries. I didn't expect the customer service from Ikea to be like this. I'd recommend that Ikea Morocco improve their delivery and customer service processes to ensure a better experience for their customers. Additionally, it might be helpful for them to actively address and respond to the concerns raised on social media to build trust with their customers.
Affordable and accessible, definitely are 2 crucial factors that help any brand increase their sales. IKEA has always been at the forefront of what consumers really want!!
This is great!
🎉 Congratulations, IKEA, on your remarkable FY23 results and for celebrating 80 years of innovation! This year, IKEA continued its mission to be more affordable and sustainable, bringing the brand even closer to where people live and work. It's inspiring to see how you face global challenges while maintaining an unwavering commitment to sustainability and accessibility. May IKEA's legacy continue to grow and inspire in the years to come! 🌍🌱 #IKEA80Years #Sustainability
great job!👏
Affordable? I've spent £10k on a kitchen that isn't worth £10 and you are no where to be seen. Accessible? You don't return calls or emails, false promises of repair. Sustainable? If you think a kitchen needing replacing after 12months due to poor installation / products is sustainable you are fooling noone.
In a persistent high-inflation era across the world, IKEA's focus to be more affordable, accessible and sustainable are commendable and in the right direction. Easing of logistical constraints, improving inventory management and continuous cost optimisation initiatives will help fuel future growth going forward. Entry into the new markets such as New Zealand and Colombia will also help in top-line growth in FY24 and beyond!

8moWe bought our solar panels through IKEA with the company Wolmann, and unfortunately, we would not recommend it. First, they came to check the roof and said everything was fine, we then had the panels delivered and all of a sudden they wanted an additional €5000 from us and said "we may get it back". After arguing about this, they came to our house and installed the panels. About a month later, we noticed the inverter was overheating, and we got multiple electric shocks from it. It turns out the installation company never connected the inverter properly, and thus, all extra energy was coming back into the house with nowhere else to go. This could have set our house on fire. When we checked the panels after being installed, we noticed screws that hadn't been tightened or even put in the roof correctly and had to call the installers back. Recently, a panel came off the roof in very minimal wind, and we asked the company to send a technician to come and secure the remaining panels or at least two that were loose. The technician came and said he couldn't do it, and therefore, another panel slid off the roof, which could have killed someone.
