Horrendous Service Feedback - IKEA Mumbai My recent experience with IKEA Mumbai was a complete nightmare. The time wasted on receiving damaged products and incorrect items was utterly disgraceful. Your incompetence in handling orders and the lack of quality control is appalling. The disrespect shown to customers' time and money is unforgivable. Your abysmal service has left me deeply disappointed and disgusted. Immediate action is imperative to salvage your tarnished reputation. Improve or face losing loyal customers like myself permanently.

My shopping experience at IKEA Serbia was not positive. On the contrary. There is an unfair attitude towards customers, because IKEA advertises itself as a retailer with special respect for customer rights (returning products within 365 days). The scam is that they return the money to your loyalty card (which you have to use again in their store) and not to your account. Specifically, I returned the damaged product. My money was not refunded, regardless of my complaint. In my opinion, it is pure fraud. What is your experience? #IKEA #CONSUMERRIGHTS #customerexperience #fraud #iKEASERBIA

I simply love Ikea. I'm yet to buy their furnishings if I move out. Home to me is my sanctuary 💕 whereby I get to relax, unwind & sometimes meditate. I surround myself with beautiful things that are also comforting. ✨️ in a clean space I just adore spending the cold winter months indoor with a plush blanket reading a book or listening to music.
