At Ingersoll Rand, we understand our footprint extends well beyond our sites and offices – it extends to our communities. In response to the severe flooding in communities around Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, we’ve partnered with the Planet Water Foundation to coordinate relief efforts. Earlier this month, our teams in Latin American and Caribbean, led by Ricardo Abdalla, funded the deployment of an AquaBlock Emergency Water System in the community of Lami. The system can provide clean drinking water access for up to 6,000 people each day. We're constantly striving towards #MakingLifeBetter in our local communities.

When Ingersoll Rand is in the kitchen, there are endless pasta-bilities. Our products add liquid ingredients like eggs into pasta dough and even keep your pasta fresh for longer. We keep pasta production ‘al dente’! #MakingLifeBetter #IRL

Today, we launched the first episode of our new podcast, Beyond the Blueprint. We created Beyond the Blueprint as a way to spotlight our talented engineers as they discuss the insights and concepts making waves in industrial engineering. In this episode, we sit down with three of our engineering experts, each with different specializations, as we uncover the challenges and opportunities presented to engineers in 2024 and beyond. July marks #DisabilityAwarenessMonth. Today, we’re pleased to recognize our colleague Brittany Wrenn, who was diagnosed as red/green colorblind when she was just a young child. To meet our mission of #MakingLifeBetter for all, Brittany strives to bring awareness to invisible disabilities and make Ingersoll Rand a welcoming place for individuals with all disabilities, whether visible or invisible.
