Thanks team APAC (Mats Karlsson David Cooke Fred Morgan Brian Lim ) for a fantastic week in Sydney and Melbourne. We cover a lot of ground in only a few days with multiple workshops on the topics of “buying enablement”, “buying jobs to be done”, “easiness and effortlessness 😉”, “prescriptive, responsive and sense making”, “eliminattiom of purchase regrets”, “drivers for customer loyalty” etc etc writh the overall objective of delivering a superior. buying experience to our customers and partners. This week was full of energized discussions and great experience sharing as well an excellent opportunity to put it in to practice during key customer visits and meetings with our business partners. It was a increadably packed week with back-to-back meetings from start till finish, but/and I am already looking forward to coming back again for doing “level 2”. 👍.
