Justice Delayed Is Justice Denied. Now Justice DEMANDED
What happens when you have a complaint against your former mortgage company - for fraud - and a Regulator agrees with you, but then does not support you? (Malfeasance)isn’t it Nigel Murrells at the Financial Ombudsman Service? Or when a court upholds your claim awarding appropriate compensation, but then other applications are made into 6 other courts different case number, same content? Or when the lenders solicitor too scared of the embarrassing loss, contacts the court to change YOUR correspondence address to THEIR office address and the court “does not notice” negligence, malfeasance, data breach…? What happens when big companies ignore court orders? Nothing because their lawyers lie, change hands claim time required to become conversant. If you, me or anybody did this, we would be hauled into court and held for contempt.
I have my situation in hand and will be ok, but have had to experience all of the above and more.
