“Earlier, JPMorgan only recruited from Cambridge and Oxford in London. Now, they prioritize skills over Ivy League universities. I appreciate the sentiment expressed in his quote: ‘If someone came from unbelievable hardships in life, I would like to incorporate that.

What an insightful post! It's fascinating to see how JPMorganChase's CEO, Jamie Dimon, is revolutionizing the workforce by prioritizing skills development and discovering untapped talent sources like non-degree holders and ex-convicts. It aligns with the current trend of many companies recognizing the value in hiring for potential rather than just degrees or experience. I'd love to hear about your experiences with this shift, if you've noticed it too! #ThisIsWorking 🌟

So proud to work at JPMorganChase and that our leader is from the same neighborhood I grew up in. Jackson Heights Queens. Living proof that sky is the limit.

Indeed, it's just a chat. Morgan's business in China is carried out by mastering a large number of resources. Many children of senior officials of the Communist Party of China work in Morgan. People without resources, these large enterprises will not hire them. As for not focussing on academic qualifications, it is only the concept of mastering resources to hang names. You have to believe that... then it is a serious mistake.
