Our Carthage mill under previous owners once had one of the largest OSHA fines in New York State history, now a model for safety culture and green jobs. Producing over a third of our energy with renewable sources. Incredibly proud of this team. #WEAREOX
Congratulations on a great turnaround, I worked at this location during this time when OSHA came in and it was a direct result of poor leadership of the prior owners. The local work force deserves a good company the respects them and listens to their needs, this shows what can be done when you're a team.
The pictures clearly show your team knows that a clean workplace is essential for a safe workplace. Poor housekeeping hides hazards that often cause injuries, such as tripping or slipping on wet surfaces. A clean workplace helps prevent these accidents and reduce risks. Great leadership, Kevin.
Know the mill, grew up not far from there and had association when James River owned it years (decades) ago.
Nice job of changing culture
That is a fantastic transformation!

Hell yeah! Proud of that team!
