They’ll tell you it’s because “they’re growing” but I’ll bet you my firstborn that apart from 4 employees (𝑤ℎ𝑜 ℎ𝑎𝑣𝑒 𝑏𝑒𝑒𝑛 𝑡ℎ𝑒𝑟𝑒 𝑠𝑖𝑛𝑐𝑒 𝑦𝑜𝑢 𝑤𝑒𝑟𝑒 𝑎 𝑏𝑎𝑏𝑦), everyone else is relatively new. 𝐐𝐮𝐢𝐜𝐤 𝐭𝐢𝐩: Watch out for companies who want to “change their culture”, “bring in fresh perspectives,” definitely ask why, and don’t forget to drop a quick message to ex-employees on LinkedIn. I have been on both sides of the table, and chairs so to speak, when it comes to Hiring, I have always hired folks with Vigour, Attitude and Potential,rest of the nity gritty of the role can always be built up. While Looking for work, I wonder if the age old process of judging prospective candidates is any worth, Hiring horizon needs an immediate radical shift, and needs to be dynamic and more contemporary.
