Meet Victor Chu, Director of Distribution Operations based out of Ontario, California.   Something you may not know is, Victor and his team are breaking into a new market in Ontario. He is launching this new Distribution Centre (DC) with top talent, including 95% who are new to the lululemon collective, and 5% who are relocating from other areas. When Victor joined the Ontario, California DC team in 2022, he joined a team of one. Since then, his team has expanded to 240 people, and continues to grow week over week.
