Today we launched #MacysSummerHits, a campaign that celebrates summer's spirit with iconic trends for every memorable moment. From road trips to poolside barbecues and weddings, we offer customers our greatest summer fits, featuring casual essentials, special occasion dressing, beauty must-haves and more. The campaign features a fresh recording of "Lovely Day" by Grammy-nominated artist Amber Mark and produced by Ryan Tedder. Our chief marketing officer, Sharon Otterman, shares with AdAge how Macy's has been inviting customers to celebrate summer's beginning and lean in to what makes it special.

Through our ongoing partnership with Harlem's Fashion Row (HFR), we're creating an inspiring space for Black designers and small business owners, providing access to education, customers, and capital.    We recognize the effects of systemic injustices in our nation and the spirit & freedom that Juneteenth evokes, as we reflect on everyone’s inherent value, dignity, and equality.   We support the creative expression and honor the lived experiences of the Black community -- today and every day.

Through this year’s Bag Hunger campaign, our colleagues raised more than $1.2 million dollars and volunteered more than 12,000 hours to provide meals for those in our communities that need it the most. Our Social Impact Associate Julio Bolivar shares more about the campaign and how we helped No Kid Hungry unlock 5 million meals for kids.
