Polish retail is on track for a strong recovery. Redefine's Polish operation EPP recently announced the introduction of four exciting new tenants across two retail properties.      Pasaż Grunwaldzki shopping centre located in Wrocław has welcomed HalfPrice, one of the most popular and dynamically developing off-price concepts in Poland. This is the beginning of a large asset plan and major changes to be implemented at this centre. Galeria Echo mall is expanding its sportswear offering with new tenant Sports Direct as demand for this category of retail remains high in this market. It has also attracted entertainment tenants Drift&Fun Drift Academy and Happy Jumper.      “Redefine is thrilled with the tenant expansion across these properties,” says Pieter Prinsloo, CEO of Redefine Europe. “The wide range of sports, entertainment, and lifestyle tenants helps to strengthen these centres’ offerings and align to existing customer demands. Supporting the outlook for these tenants is the very positive retail sales forecast for the next two years."     Owned by Redefine Properties, EPP is the largest asset manager of retail real estate in Poland in terms of gross leasable area, with a portfolio that consists of 29 retail properties and six office complexes. The portfolio sees total value of around €2.8 billion.
