How often are we told titles don't matter? Sure, except that they do for these exact reasons. Also, why create the barrier for your staff? If you do not title the level you are expecting them to show results to you are hindering their success and effectiveness.

Assessing one's own value can prove challenging when grappling with imposter syndrome. It's something I've struggled with throughout my entire professional career - and continue to struggle with to this day! Take some time this week to do an honest assessment of your professional contributions. Consider whether your current job title accurately mirrors your contributions and whether your compensation aligns with your level of contribution. If these aspects do not align, initiate an open and candid dialogue with your employer - or begin contemplating exploring alternative career opportunities.

First must earn respect of that title and secondly most titles are over rated.
