We were thrilled to be a bronze sponsor for the Ridge Meadows Hospital Foundation Annual Fund Run in Maple Ridge! Our team set up a vibrant booth where we engaged with over 300 local participants. The event was a testament to the incredible energy and unity within our community. We believe in not only giving back, but being an active part of the neighbourhoods we serve. It's not just about storage; it's about building relationships and making a positive impact together. A huge shoutout to all the participants, organizers, and fellow sponsors who made this event a success! Let's continue to foster community spirit and support each other every step of the way. #selfstorage #community #support #impact #communityspirit

Impact Architect & Attorney. I translate ideas into life-changing projects, initiatives, or programs.
There are ways to deepen how the evaulation process can be conceptualized, designed, and led by community that are even greater than what's in this article. Still, it's a concept many nonprofits aren't familiar with. Hopefully, it's helpful to your organization and any evaluation efforts you have coming up. Because ultimately change starts with us, in our communities. 🌍 #CitizenPower #Evaluation https://lnkd.in/guQhBZJc

Community Perspective on CalAIM, new research by Stakeholder Health. CalAIM is investing billions in a bold experiment through the extraordinary array of community based organizations that share their care for the poor in California. In reality, these groups usually have scraps of money from bake sales or philanthropic largess ("social justice one chardonnay at a time," says Dr. Suzanne Henderson). CalAim has put $4 billion in motion, which, even in California, is a lot of chardonnay. Here's the link to the webinar https://lnkd.in/eAMK5bCc
