Don’t be a big fish in a small pond. Join the strongest team that will let you in, and push until you’re no longer at the bottom. So many people languish in mediocrity because they won’t give up the ego satisfaction of being the smartest person in the room.

People often stay where they're comfortable. It's intimidating to be surrounded by "bigger" fish, but that discomfort is where true growth occurs. I believe that if I'm the smartest person in the room, it's time to find a new one. This challenges me to continuously seek environments where I can learn and expand.

I appreciate the advice! I'm excited to learn and grow, and I'll definitely keep this mindset in mind as I start my journey. Being part of a strong team pushes to excel beyond the limits, and it's in those moments of being out of comfort zone that real progress happens Being open to learning from others and pushing yourself out of your comfort zone is key to reaching new heights.

If you don’t feel uncomfortable you’re not growing.

Well said by Mr. Borders there is a similar quote that I live by: "If you are too comfortable, if time to move on". If you not struggling you are not growing!
