Today, some of our MVEA employees took on the The Murph Challenge, joining other Colorado co-ops at CORE Electric Cooperative. This powerful event honors LT Michael P. Murphy, a hero who sacrificed his life for his SEAL team and our country. By participating, we pay tribute to veterans on Memorial Day and support the LT Michael P. Murphy Memorial Scholarship Foundation. We hope you all have a wonderful Memorial Day weekend.🇺🇸 #MurphChallenge #HonorOurHeroes #MVEA

Stuart Grazier cares. I know this because I have seen it. He consistently shows it, through his actions, through his calendar, and through his family life. He's also one of the first guys that took the time to really pour into Lindsey and I when we started out. We both played a varsity sport at the Naval Academy. Had some common ground. Come and get some common ground. Show up, and find someone who will invest in YOU. Or if you're like Stu, find someone you can invest in. #CapitolCreatorsAndChampions #WashingtonDC #NetworkingEvents #Tech #RealEstate #Consulting #PrivateEquity #VentureCapital"

It's always a good day when we get to spend time supporting and honoring Idaho Veterans! We're happy to support the Idaho Veterans Chamber of Commerce at their annual Veteran Golf Salute event. 💡 Did you know that Veterans often make the best entrepreneurs? Yet most transition support programs focus on transitioning veterans into employee roles, there's a huge gap in supporting Veterans to become business owners and entrepreneurs themselves. At Ventive, we strive to support Veterans during this transition phase, helping hone their ideas and land on something with good product market fit, building a foundation for future success. If you know a Veteran with a great idea, send them our way! #smallbusiness #veterans #supportourveterans #boise #appdevelopment
Ventive had the privilege of being one of the sponsors at the Idaho Veterans Chamber of Commerce golf tournament. We had such a great time and we’re proud to support our Idaho Veterans! Make sure to check out Idaho Veterans Chamber of Commerce to see how you can be apart of this great community. Thank you Dr. Mindi Anderson and the team for putting this together. Looking forward to next year! Vlad Dzhidzhiyeshvili Amanda Martarano, SHRM-CP Colby Hoopes

CEO & Founder of MVP Training Solutions I Adjunct Assistant Professor | Master Life Coach | Academic Advisor
Our friend, L. Lumbad shared some great thoughts on the importance of our local businesses and veteran organizations. So, let's discuss the importance of connecting through local business partners and veteran organizations for future success. Making connections through local business partners and veteran organizations can greatly contribute to your future success. ⚫ Access to Local Expertise and Networks ⚫ Veteran Organizations Provide Specialized Support ⚫ Community and Social Responsibility Local business partners have a good understanding of the local market. They know all the little details like the rules and regulations, what customers like, and the cultural aspects that are important. When people or businesses work together, they can benefit from the knowledge and experience of the local community. This can provide valuable insights that can be used to customize their strategies and products to better meet the specific needs of the area. In addition, these partnerships can give you access to a wide range of local connections. This can help you discover new opportunities, attract more clients, and gain access to valuable resources. Did you know that veteran organizations have a lot of helpful resources and support specifically designed for veterans? They really understand the unique needs that veterans have. Sure! Some of the resources that are available to you include mentorship programs, opportunities to secure funding, and assistance in transitioning to civilian life or even starting your own business. Joining organizations like these can be really helpful for veterans who want to start their own businesses. It gives them a support system and a clear path to follow, making the transition into the business world easier and increasing their chances of success. When we partner with local businesses and veteran organizations, it helps us build a stronger sense of community and social responsibility. Supporting local businesses and veterans shows that a company is dedicated to making a positive impact in the community. This can really boost their reputation and make a difference in society. Engaging in these activities can help build stronger relationships with customers, improve your reputation in the public eye, and give you the chance to participate in community projects and events that have a positive impact. All of this contributes to the long-term success of your brand by creating a favorable image.
