A little op-ed from yours truly. Radical self-reliance only gets us so far. Leave the egos at the door - it’s time to come together ✊ https://lnkd.in/e2HEbzdD NABIS
Loved your pulling on the CCBA - did not see that coming, brother. Studied that area deeply in law school - so lit me up. Getting the $$ to flow is so critical - retailer congestion is a direct result of capital markets collapse … hoping 2024 change to bring some investment energy back … and the public is wholly ignorant of the issue … confusing time.
Very well said Vince. It’s absolutely about operators coming together to help move this industry forward. Initiatives like FSCC in California and Cannabiz Credit Association (CCA) on a national scale are the types of solutions needed to move this industry forward. Through power of community, data, and leadership, I believe we can tackle this credit/collection crisis head on. And weed out the bad actors from the good.
It's interesting that this view of collective action doesn't encompass the nearly 450,000+ industry workers or the millions of patients and consumers nationwide. What role do you think the people producing and using cannabis should have in this process?
Focus on doing good business and building the right relationships with the right people. Had a conversation today about this exact topic with the very same sentiment. Potent article... thank you for sharing!
You & Jun have always been such smart, genuine people. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
I loved the parallels you drew between the Chinese Consolidated Benevolent Association (CCBA) and the cannabis industry. Just as the CCBA advocated for its marginalized members, so too does our industry requires support of the collective, thanks for this Op-Ed Vince C. Ning

So true Vince C. Ning ! Thank you for sharing!
Vince C. Ning I am the bridge! All I need is an interview. Please have Woodlake get back to me.
I help small biz owners boost profits and build wealth through dual pricing credit card syndication.
3moThe first thing they have to do to financially protect themselves is to increase their financial freedom IQ, if they want to boost their profits. And not just this industry. I see a lack of cooperation throughout the small business community. They only seem to know how to compete for profits. Unlike big business that cooperates. They first have to understand the ways to share profits. It's better to own 10% of a watermelon, than 100% of a grape. Only thing stopping them is the 6 inches between their ears. I would never be able to build a big business and profits on my own.
