We had an absolute blast hosting a panel of talented artists from the renowned organization Heart n Soul, an award-winning arts charity led by individuals with and without learning disabilities and autism.
It was vital to showcase Heart n Soul's incredible work to drive equity in the music industry. By empowering artists with learning disabilities or autism to discover their own path, making music and art in the way they want.
Kadijat (known as DJ OH My Dayz), Wayne (DJ Mr. T), and Isaac (DJ Drummer) were present to provide insights into their musical journeys, highlighting their performances at venues such as the Royal Albert Hall and Southbank Centre. Their passion for music and creativity was infectious.
Heart n Soul and NI have been working together for several years to gather invaluable feedback on how to improve the accessibility of our products. One key takeaway from the panel was the concept of "friendliness" in technology – ensuring that our products not only function smoothly but also make users feel welcomed and included. This sometimes means finding a balance between stylized design and inviting aesthetics, considering factors like colour, symbols, and variation.
A heartfelt thank you to Heart n Soul and our talented panelists for an enlightening discussion. Let's continue to champion inclusivity and creativity in everything we do!

5moCongrats, ich nutze auch einige Plugs davon für meine Mastering-Plug-Kette. Der Low-End-Focus ist bei einigen Mixen die mir zugeschickt werden unverzichtbar geworden, ein kleines aber sehr geniales tool. Etc, etc.. 😎
