Should protection qualifications be a mandatory requirement? ✅❌ When at work, I come across multiple protection candidates who’s CV’s do not include any form of protection qualifications, which is understandable as it’s not a maditory requirement to have qualifications to sell protection. I started to question a few things within the industry off the back of this… 👉 Should it be a manditory requirement to have a qualification? 👉 Is the percentage of protection brokers who are unqualified larger than broker who are qualified? 👉 Does a candidate being unqualified limit their opportunities? And finally 👉 Are unqualified protection brokers as competent and knowledgeable as protection broker who are qualified? Is it worth obtaining protection qualifications?
