🍇Grape Seed Oil VS Olive Oil🫒 Many haven't explored the wonders of Grape Seed Oil, and here's why you should! 🍳Culinary: Both grapeseed and olive oils bring unique benefits to the table. Olive oil, known for its heart-healthy monounsaturated fats, is in the spotlight for reducing bad cholesterol. But, enter Grape Seed Oil with its high levels of polyunsaturated fats, particularly omega-6 acids, creating a perfect balance for your body's needs. And here's the kitchen secret: Grape Seed Oil's higher smoke point makes it the superhero of high-heat cooking, leaving olive oil in the sizzle shadows! 💅 Beauty Face-Off: In the battle of beauty, it's Grape Seed Oil that takes the crown. Lightweight and non-comedogenic, it's the go-to elixir for radiant skin without the heavy feel. Meanwhile, Olive Oil, although a classic moisturizer, tends to be on the heavier side, making Grape Seed Oil the ultimate beauty multitasker! 🌱 Best Uses: Grape Seed Oil - from high-heat culinary creations to skincare products, it's the all-in-one solution ingredient. Olive Oil, on the other hand, steps into low-heat cooking and raw applications, having its own advantages but letting Grape Seed Oil shine brighter in some categories. Green Gold Grape Seed Oil the ultimate ingredient in beauty, health and culinary products! 🌟 #GrapeSeedOil #CircularEconomy #SustainableBusiness #NaturalBeauty #HealthyLiving #Wholesaler #NaturalOil #Sustainability #Sustainable #Bio #Cosmetics #GreenFuture #SeedOil #culinary #cookingoil #essentialoils

Did you know natural stevia is green? It’s a leaf! 🌿🌿 Is your stevia sweetener green? Likely not. Most stevia sweetener products are actually loaded with additional ingredients that I would never touch... Brands like 'Stevia in the Raw" and others sure have people fooled with their packaging and name. But read the ingredients and you will see the real deal. Real stevia doesn't need additional ingredients; You shouldn't see any other ingredient on a "stevia" sweetener product than stevia itself. It's really that simple. If your stevia has more ingredients, you are not using pure stevia. Recently I've been asked for recommendations. Personally, I do not enjoy stevia and recommend raw, local honey as a sweetener or organic maple syrup. However, this excellent brand is made in Canada and it's the stevia that I recommend if you're looking for the natural sweetness with a zero calorie price tag -- https://lnkd.in/gt4Kjthn #nutritiontip #sweet #consciousconsumerism #healthy #nutrition #stevia #tipthursday #food #herbs #performance #optimalhealth #ingredientsmatter #foodindustry #foodindustryinsights

Saffron, one of most expensive spices in the world, is also referred to as “Red Gold”. With a history dating back over 3500 years, it holds a fascinating legacy. The Romans used it as a deodorizer, while Egyptian healers employed it for gastrointestinal issues and it is said that Cleopatra used saffron for cosmetic value. The saffron crocus is a labour-intensive crop, with each flower producing only three stigma threads. These threads are meticulously hand-picked, dried, and carefully processed. It takes thousands of these threads to create just one ounce of saffron. To obtain just one gram of saffron, you need the stigmas from about 150 to 200 saffron flowers. For a full kilogram (1,000 grams) of saffron, you would require the stigmas from approximately 150,000 to 200,000 saffron flowers. https://lnkd.in/dn3cEcpu #saffron #australiansaffron #heratsaffron #afghansaffron #saffrontea #health #culinary #recipes #herbalife
