3d@PNCBank fails elderly/senior customers! A senior PNC Customer has a mortgage with PNC Mortgage for 12 years. The senior customer stops paying on the mortgage in late 2023 and PNC subsequently foreclosures on the home. When the family of elderly/senior PNC Customer discovers-June 15, 2024,he home has a mortgage and is in now in foreclosure, they immediately work with PNC Bank and PNC Mortgage-June 17 to pay off the home loan – via a new mortgage in the child’s name–ensuring the family the elderly/send PNC Customer’s home would be taken out of foreclosure. During this time, the family contacted PNC Mortgage Underwriter multiple times regarding this concern and was assured PNC stopped the foreclosure and was in direct contact with PNC Foreclosure Department. The house is not taken out of foreclosure and sold at auction forcing the family to contact an attorney to assist. The PNC Foreclosure stated no one from the PNC Mortgage contact them (although that is what was stated and a total due provided) and the house sale stands. Multiple follow-ups have been made to underwriter regarding the above with no return call!! Why was the foreclosure not stopped as per agreement? Why doesn’t PNC Bank and PNC Mortgage stand by their agreements?
