The ISLVERSALDEMO3Z power management reference design targets the cost-effective AI Edge with both rad-hard & rad-tolerant plastic solutions specifically designed to support a wide range of power rails for next-generation space avionics systems. We are passionate about giving back to the community. Recently in Nabern, Germany, 34 colleagues from multiple departments came together to participate in a charity run benefitting AKB (Action Group for People with and without Disabilities) and the LINDE multi-generational house. In addition to the donation made before the event, one Euro was donated for each of the 140 laps run by the Renesas team. Marilena Moschogiannaki, an Associate Quality Assurance Engineer who helped organize Renesas’ team this year, shared her experience, “There were challenges due to weather conditions being 17 degrees Celsius and rainy, but many people joined and ran together. I personally enjoyed experiencing the whole vibe – the energy, laughter, and passion – of the city.” #CSR #CommunityEngagement #Culture

📈 2024 Mid-Year Updates : Last week, our CEO Hidetoshi Shibata held his annual company-wide “Mid-Year Update” at Renesas’ Beijing office during his China visit, which was broadcasted live to our employees based in APAC/EMEA. In this presentation, he reflected on our journey so far in 2024 and shared our company’s growth plans including #Digitalization initiatives. Additional session took place at our Musashi office for employees in Japan while we had an online session for US employees. From on-site updates to global Teams sessions with insightful Q&As, we're charting a path forward with clarity and Purpose #ToMakeOurLivesEasier. 🤝 Engaging with customers and the Team: CEO Hidetoshi Shibata had productive meetings with our top-tier customers in China. At Renesas, ensuring the health and safety of our employees is our top priority. Our recent milestones achieved and ongoing initiatives include: ▪️ Obtaining the ISO45001 certification, an international standard for occupational health and safety, management systems, at all of our major sites ▪️ Significant reduction of occupational accidents with days away from work, including temporary and contract employees (8 in 2023 vs. 18 in 2022) ▪️ Reduction of long work hours to enhance work-life balance among corporate employees and labor union members ▪️ Implementation of various safety and health measures and training for our global employees throughout the year “Over the past 2.5 years, we’ve taken actions to certify our Renesas production sites in Japan, China, Vietnam, US and Malaysia for the ISO 45001, which has improved the employee awareness of health and safety, reduced the number of occupational accidents, and promoted employee health. We’re dedicated to inspiring and supporting the future generation of engineers. Summer school students attending Lviv Polytechnic National University and the Lviv Regional Junior Academy of Sciences of Ukraine’s “Polytechnic Camp” recently visited our office in Lviv, Ukraine. The class of eighth to tenth grade students got to learn about the history of Renesas, hear about GreenPAK Technology, watch system demonstrations, and visit the hardware department.
