Ryan Specialty has announced a succession plan that builds on the firm’s strong and deep leadership team, which will be implemented in October. Under the plan, Pat Ryan, our Founder, Chairman & CEO, will transition to the role of Executive Chairman. He will be succeeded in the CEO role by Tim Turner, current President of Ryan Specialty and Chairman & CEO of RT Specialty. Our current CFO, Jeremiah Bickham, will become President, and Janice Hamilton, current Chief Accounting Officer, will become Ryan Specialty’s next CFO. We are thrilled to have a such a talented team at Ryan Specialty, and these promotions from within reflect our commitment to attracting and developing exceptional leaders.
