To establish a psychologically safe space at work, employees must also feel included, respected and heard. 3wVery true and inspiring Johan Kerstell. Building further on the theme of inclusion, I believe psychological safety is key to achieving true diversity at the workplace. Without psychological safety, diversity can lose its value since employees might not feel comfortable enough to express their unique perspectives.
