The EU Corporate #Sustainability Reporting Directive (#CSRD) increases the requirements for companies to monitor and report their sustainability performance. As the largest producer of energy-related emissions, this puts the real estate sector under high pressure. Our daily discussions with key stakeholders in sector, from asset & portfolio managers to ESG managers and energy consultants, affirm this. The shift towards a #netzero world in Real Estate, decarbonization, increasing energy efficiency, and transitioning of energy systems are paramount.
