While I’m currently in talks with some major brands on possible influencer marketing campaigns in 2024, I’m afraid to say most brands do not yet understand the power of influencer marketing. Marketing campaigns are run based on friendship and not necessarily merit, hence a displacement on how budgets are allocated. You will be surprised that most budgets are still distributed to Favour TV and OOH as against digital in 2024. This is call to marketing leaders to focus on what pays and get in the trend while it still matters. A challenge with Influencer marketing is; it requires some level of expertise and finesse.
