For me, it's all about the green machine! And the opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic team dedicated to helping businesses thrive was irresistible. Having previously worked with many customers and partners during my 6 years at Xero as Head of Marketing and General Manager, I'm very excited about what lies ahead. 🔵 What's your best productivity hack? I use the "Most Important Task" (MIT) rule. It sets a productive tone for the day by focusing on the most critical task right away. 🔵 What are you most excited about? Putting the finishing touches on a workshop I'll be facilitating next week for a marketing agency.😍 The goals of the workshop are: 1. Get the team aligned around a common vision for the future. 2. Discuss what's working and what's not with an internal process. 3. Generate ideas to improve the process. 4. Visualize the workflow and assign tasks so everyone is 100% clear on their responsibilities for a new offering. It's a lot to get done in a few hours, but I'm confident that not only will everyone have a chance to get their ideas and opinions surfaced (no matter how introverted they might be) — we will wrap up the session with everyone feeling: ✅ like a valued team member ✅ clear on their responsibilities and the role they play on the team ✅ what the internal processes should look like ✅ clear on next steps I can't wait for this workshop! 🙌 I am fairly new to Miro (the whiteboard tool I am using to run this online workshop) but it's SO FUN to use and is going to make the process so easy to facilitate! Day #6 “Find a job you enjoy doing, and you will never have to work a day in your life.” This week I experienced Mark Twain’s wise words. I’ve always enjoyed analyzing workflows and detecting the gaps. While it wasn’t necessarily my job, I implemented ClickUp at work. I had so much fun talking to the different departments and implementing their vision into an actual system. This project definitely blurred the line between work and hobby 😂. Last week I had the opportunity during our team’s knowledge-sharing session to introduce my colleagues to a topic that I am very passionate about: Notion. Over the years, it has evolved to more than just a tool; it has become my personal assistant - both for professional and private projects.
