This is a great resource! I would also recommend adding "The Right Kind of Wrong" by Amy Edmondson to the list. It mentions the main theme of the book and provides valuable insight for readers. I am currently quite interested in Ludmila Praslova, Ph.D., SHRM-SCP, Âû book as well.
