Feeling like you can’t remember names, places, or what you were going to say plagues all of us from time to time. There is much to learn about women’s brain health and Dr Lisa Mosconi is leading the way with her first of its kind Women’s Brain Initiative study. I have been a proud participant of the study and am learning much about how my brain is changing through perimenopause. Here is the latest report out…published by Maria Shriver and team, so it’s easy to understand. Take charge of your brain health starting with the findings in this easy read. Great news, Jill and brava to Lisa Mosconi for this breakthrough research. It's past time that the brains of women get more attention and your work empowers us to charge forward with vigor and evidence. Research and data matters - on real humans, not just on mice! Thank you. I'm celebrating mid-life with you! #gw4voice #womenshealth Maria Shriver Global Women 4 Wellbeing (GW4W)

Thx for the post Jill Angelo so reassuring to know there are women like Lisa Mosconi challenging the thinking and perceptions around menopause ..as indeed you are too .. Menopause’s moment is now .. but reassuringly we now are confident that menopause and looking to build awareness education preparation and support for a better lived experience , is forever ..and in the words of that denotes sing .. “ Things can only get better “ which is fabulous news ..keep doing what you are doing both …sent in admiration and respect from myself & the team GenM Official

Excellent piece. This is especially important for cancer survivors who are on estrogen repressing meds. What happens then?
