Employees were affected by layoffs and thus their salary and career got impacted. Mass layoffs which impacted 1000’s of employees globally. However, one good thing was some of their employee had already bought Upsolv (formerly Jobsurance) plan which allowed them to access benefits such as unemployment allowance, TA portal subscription, and placement support when they got laid off.
